Our online tenant portal provides you with secure 24/7 access to your lease, condition report, periodic inspection reports, other important news and documentation throughout your tenancy. You can log into the portal from any computer or device that has internet access.

NSW Fair Trading has a number of helpful guides and fact sheets for tenants to understand their rights and responsibilities under NSW Residential Tenancy Act.

As of the 1st January 2014, NCAT took over from the Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) as the primary tenancy dispute resolution service operated by NSW State Government.

Whilst we hope that none of our tenants will have issues resulting in a hearing at NCAT we would also like all our tenants to understand what the resolution process is.
