1. Tenant Selection & Induction

We take great care to thoroughly screen all applicants to ensure that we find the right tenant for your property. We spend the time with your tenant prior to giving them the keys to ensure they understand exactly what is expected of them during the tenancy.

2. Arrears Management

We utilise one of the latest online tenant payment systems to make it as easy as possible for tenants to pay their rent and invoices via their bank account or credit card. With this system there are no excuses for late payments, therefore we work under a  zero tolerance arrears policy.

3. Thorough Periodic Inspections

It is our belief that to adequately protect your asset, a property manager should inspect your property every 4 months. This not only makes sure that your tenant is complying with lease conditions but importantly enables us to identify and address any maintenance issues as quickly as possible. 

4. Communication and reporting

We have invested in one of the latest iPad inspection applications that enables us to prepare extremely detailed inspection reports complete with descriptions, comments, photographs and video (upon request). This technology gives you an up to the minute report of your property that you can access straight away using our secure online landlord and tenant portals.
